He set up the company in 2000 having worked for more than 20 years in the business and has watched the company grow into a multi-million pound pioneer in its field, employing a dedicated and highly qualified workforce of men and women working across both the private and public sectors.Despite its extensive and rapid growth, Lawson has at its heart the values instilled into Frank Lawson Snr at an early age and which still drives the company today “An honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay”. He and his wife Angeline, LCEU’s Senior Director, both bring their strong morals, principles and values to the business. They have also passed these on to their children, all of whom are directors of the company and who play an integral part in the family business. Furthermore, Frank has passed these morals, principles and values on to his wider family – his workforce, and these are the foundations of his company.

Frank’s aim has always been to set high standards, deliver a quality of service to all clients and to offer quality positions to all employees whilst instilling in them a positive proactive approach. It is this ethos which has seen Lawsons grow into the success it is today. Investing in its current workforce is as important to the company as is developing youngsters coming into the industry by giving them the skills which will benefit them in the future, and they have a rigorous training program for all Operational and Administrative staff based upon their individual needs.

Community is also very important to the Lawson family and LCEU is proud to support many local individuals and initiatives. Denbigh man Owen Gallagher, Welsh and British BBU Cruiserweight Champion, successfully defended his British title twice under the company’s sponsorship, the long established Henllan Football Club, one of the premier teams in the Llandyrnog and District Summer League, benefits annually for their kit sponsorship as does the junior team who play in the Rhyl and District League. LCEU is also a key contributor to the Henllan Extravaganza and the Henllan Bonfire and Firework display – organised by the Henllan Community Leisure Association with members of the board of Directors and administrative staff on the organising committee.

Looking to the future, the company aims to continue to develop and to embrace new innovations based on the principles of professionalism, quality, and honesty, and to continue to be recognised for excellence in the products and services provided to their customers and community.
